Step 1 - Contact us
This service relieves you of the accountancy burden of operating a limited company and to provide you with the tax benefits of working in this manner.
We request that you complete the form on our contact us page, and one of our team will give you call and talk you through the process.
Step 2 - Signing up
You need to provide some information so we can set your company up and look after it for you. This includes completing the IR35 checklist to ensure that you can trade as a limited company and derive the benefits from that.
If you have a P45 you will need to supply it. If not you will be asked to sign a P46 confirming that you don’t have any other employment. We will also require you to sign a few forms and provide a couple of forms of ID, one photographic and one showing your current address.
Step 3 - Going forward
You would need to let us know of the agencies you have supplied your services to so we can incorporate that in your company’s accounts.
Each week you need to let us have details of any business expenses you have incurred that your company can reimburse to you, tax free.
